Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring for a Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly role, full-time or part-time. As a frontline leader, you will assist managers as a keyholder, supervise shifts, and ensure high quality food is prepared and served to guests.

The position offers an opportunity to grow within a casual, fast-paced dining environment, with base pay of $2.13 per hour plus tip share, and typical team earnings around $25–$30 per hour in total compensation.

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions).
• 1+ years of current full service restaurant manager experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers as a keyholder and run shifts as needed.
• Perform shift supervisory / shift lead roles to ensure high quality food and service.
• Support frontline team to uphold standards and guest experience.

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed. You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.

This restaurant front of house or back of house job for hourly key team leaders focuses on assisting managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder. This includes shift supervisory / shift lead roles ensuring high quality food is prepared and served to our customers. This is an hourly team leader role that has keyholder / shift supervisor responsibilities.
