Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, part of the Tc4 & Co. Hospitality group, is hiring for a full-time and part-time Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly position in Austin, TX. The role supports managers to maintain fast casual dining service and guest satisfaction.

We value candidates with restaurant leadership, commitment to quality, and the ability to work flexible hours. This hourly team-leader role offers hands-on training, growth potential, and an enthusiastic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions).
• 1+ years of current full service restaurant manager experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Perform shift supervisory and lead duties.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served to guests.
