Job summary

gpac is seeking a 2nd shift supervisor for a growing manufacturing operation in Kent, Ohio. The role requires on-floor leadership to oversee plant operations from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and ensure safe, efficient production.

Plastics exposure is a plus; candidates should be hands-on, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, nimble culture. Eligible to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing manufacturing plant operations on the floor.
• Hands-on leader with ability to troubleshoot production lines.
• Familiarity with plastics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee second shift manufacturing operations on the floor.
• Ensure safe, efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and develop floor teams, address issues quickly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production planning as needed.
