The job

Shift supervisor / Shift leader:

• The shift supervisor is responsible for a team of 4 to 10 people.
• Responsible for the staff, the property of the restaurant, and the quality of service.
• Objective is to maximize the profits of the restaurant during the shift by implementing the brand's strategies.
• Direct responsibility for compliance with food hygiene measures.
