Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Average pay is based on schedule availability & flexibility and is an estimate based on recent data.

Position Details

• Position: Hourly Shift Lead

The Hourly Shift Lead assists the General Manager/Assistant Manager in restaurant operations, including directing team members, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, providing friendly guest service, and enforcing company policies. They work closely with management to provide vision and leadership.
