Orion International is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to head teams in a Southeast Michigan steel operation, ensuring safe, efficient production.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime while driving safety and reliability. Experience supervising maintenance in heavy industry is required, with a competitive compensation package including overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and safety-focused decision-making abilities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and safety-focused decision-making abilities.

• Estimated total annual earnings of $120K–$140K+
• Base salary around $97K midpoint, depending on experience
• Target performance bonus of 20%
• Additional paid overtime for eligible hours

Schedule: Rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including potential weekends, holidays, and planned or unplanned outages.
