Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our retail store to assist the General Manager with leadership, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage opening/closing, maintain brand standards, ensure state regulation adherence, coach the team, resolve patient issues, and keep confidentiality. Up to 40 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, holidays; comprehensive benefits.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Shift Superviso r will be responsible for assisting the General Manager / Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff

and retail processes

Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising

Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations

Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees

Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives

Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations

Maintain professional working relationships with business partners

Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance

Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diplomarequired

Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus

Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience

Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilitytoupholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)

Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies

Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces

A ccurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe /inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices

Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)

Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position

Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORK SCHEDULE:

Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
