Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires managing resources, staff, and sales while ensuring excellent customer service during evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of restaurant experience, preferably with pizza, and be capable of multitasking between tasks such as taking orders, making pizzas, cleaning, organizing, and responding quickly to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience handling phone orders, cash handling, and basic food prep is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork abilities are essential.

Main Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor

• Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store outlets
• Responsible for resources management
• Takes care of stock, staff, and sales management

We have a supervisory level opportunity for someone who has 1 to 2 years of restaurant experience (preferably with pizza) and the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some possible overtime.

Our ideal candidate would enjoy working independently or with a small team and be able to multitask between different positions such as: taking phone orders, making and cutting pizzas, cleaning, organizing, bussing tables, and responding to the immediate needs of our customers.
