Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management at its Brewerton location in New York. The role includes ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed when management is away and supervising store crew to maintain daily operations.

The position also involves representing management in customer service issues, completing mandatory training, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; currently enrolled students considered.
• AS degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties of a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May open and close procedures in the absence of store management.
• May supervise store crew by assigning and directing activities in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
