Job summary

Role Description

Day-to-day tasks include opening or closing the store, coordinating breaks, supporting inventory and restocking, and communicating operational priorities to the team. The Shift Supervisor also reinforces the Starbucks culture, models the company’s values, and contributes to a welcoming environment for customers and partners.
