Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience
• Ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes and customize as needed
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals and customer needs
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards
