Responsibilities

• Observe safety precautions, PPE rules and plant safety requirements.
• Coordinate manufacturing process operations to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Plan department activities based on production schedules and available resources.
• Train and develop assigned employees and provide performance feedback.
• Lead safety meetings (Pre-shift, Department, General) and maintain documentation.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
