• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive training in manufacturing processes, supervision, and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product meeting customer specifications and delivery commitments.
• Practice 6S principles daily and maintain high housekeeping standards in the department.
• Ensure safety requirements, including Cardinal Rules of Safety, are followed by all employees.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current and followed.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and align with plant policies.
