Qualifications

• Extensive training in manufacturing processes, supervision, and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture quality products while meeting customer specs and delivery commitments.
• Lead and coach department staff to meet daily metrics and goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, 6S, SOPs, and quality control instructions.
• Schedule employees, manage costs, and monitor production throughput.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive cost-effective resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of all production processes and materials.
