Job summary

ALPLA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a high-volume production shift, coordinating personnel and resources to safely meet the production plan. You will drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining safety and equipment performance.

The role requires supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in plastics, with strong leadership and communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical engineering background preferred.
• Over 5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in plastics injection molding preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train personnel and develop talent.
• Strong process knowledge and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and supervise production personnel.
• Align labor and equipment to meet production demand.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide timely handoffs and production reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
