ALPLA, a global leader in sustainable packaging, is seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead a high-volume production team on a 7AM–7:30PM 2-2-3 schedule. You will manage direct and indirect staff, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement with the Continuous Improvement lead.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, coordinating maintenance and process teams, and delivering consistent production results.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical engineering background preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all shift activities and resources.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity targets across the shift.
• Lead handoffs between shifts with accurate reporting and readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives on the line.
