Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign personnel to complete the production plan.
• Coach, train, and evaluate staff to achieve results.
• Maintain staffing and training; develop growth opportunities.
• Monitor workflows and equipment; implement cost reductions.
• Spend 50% of time in direct labor in the area of responsibility.
• Identify safety hazards and maintain safe working conditions.
• Act as quality inspector and uphold standards.
• Ensure materials are available for the production team.
• Provide production data and respond to requests.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and follow procedures.
• Contribute to team efforts and related results.
