Job summary

Prysmian in Marshall, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly production employees on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while building a high-performing team.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize manpower, materials and equipment, coaching staff on the shop floor and solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prysmian is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on an assigned shift in our Marshall, TX facility. This role is responsible for leading hourly production employees, driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance while developing a high-performing team culture. This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives.
• This position leads a team of approximately 27 employees on our 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) . The ideal candidate enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving safety, quality, and productivity performance in a fast-paced production environment.
