Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on our Marshall, TX facility, 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). You will guide hourly production employees, drive safety, quality, productivity and delivery, and foster a high-performing team culture.

This role requires coaching on the floor, solving problems, and collaborating with cross-functional groups to optimize manpower, materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Ability to drive KPI-based performance and coach production team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and delivery performance.
