Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead all production activities on your assigned shift, including manufacturing, post‑production, quality, and shipping. You will remove bottlenecks in real time, ensure on‑time delivery, and maintain a safe, efficient floor with clear communication between Shift Leads and team members.

This role demands hands‑on leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills with all levels of management.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Experience handling personnel issues and administering corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations during your shift including production, post‑production, quality control, and shipping.
• Prioritize daily workload and allocate labor to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks by redistributing resources in real time.
• Ensure all departments produce and ship parts that meet established quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production floor.
• Lead shift huddles to align priorities and smooth transitions.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members and shift leads.
• Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action with leadership.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Preflight teams on order issues.
• Complete end‑of‑shift reporting and operational updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
