The Shift Supervisor leads a production team to safely produce corrugated products, coordinating daily and weekly schedules, and driving improvements across departments to minimize downtime and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience coaching, training, teambuilding, and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Schedule work and coordinate production activities; oversee employees and time records.
• Develop employees through training and performance feedback.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
• Supervise equipment operation and inspect materials and products for quality.
