Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a production operator to support our corrugated packaging operation. You will work as part of a team to increase productivity, minimize downtime, and ensure quality while following safety and 5S standards.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to improve productivity, reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all plant floor jobs and operate machines per customer specs.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and minor repairs.
• Complete required reports and input maintenance work orders in BPMS.
• Adhere to safety rules, 5S standards, and food packaging safety program.
