Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years’ corrugator experience with knowledge of machinery, methods and procedures.
• Some college or manufacturing training is preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules to meet production goals and maintain quality.
• Oversee employees, approve time records, and communicate company policy.
• Ensure a safe work environment and train on equipment, safety standards, and waste control.
• Perform quality control tests and address customer complaints when needed.
• Analyze corrugator performance and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain records of downtime, rolls, and material utilization.
