Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Production Lead to supervise shifts, train staff, and ensure safe, high-quality output delivered on time. You will oversee workflow, enforce safety and quality standards, and support the Production Manager with personnel and shift communications.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervising in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Expect hands-on, factory-floor collaboration and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• At least 1 year of lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead by example and build effective teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a factory environment and perform manual labor.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise personnel, production workflow, safety and quality.
• Operate all stations of the work center for training and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and trained.
• Assist Production Manager with personnel and workflow.
• Train new hires and transfers into the department.
• Complete shift start/end meetings and relay critical information.
• Ensure correct safety equipment is worn and safety awareness is maintained.
• Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to maintenance/safety.
• Ensure production standards and capacities are met for the shift.
• Provide feedback on department performance to the Production Manager.
• Direct production activities to maintain efficient operations.
• Allocate staff to areas to meet scheduled jobs and efficiency targets.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
