Job summary

PSI is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the production department. You will coordinate processing materials, manufacturing and packaging activities to meet schedule and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing and proven leadership. You will manage a team of 35–50 employees, enforce cGMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with maintenance and QA teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing / Production Environment.
• Leadership / Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production orders or schedules to plan department operations.
• Plans production operations on a daily basis.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure operational performance.
• Ensures compliance with cGMPs and standards.
• Compiles and submits production data for QA/storage.
• Resolves worker grievances as needed.
• Coordinates with Maintenance for PMs and repairs.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives.
