Job summary

IFCO Dallas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a high-volume production shift with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will ensure daily targets are met, enforce safety policies, and oversee quality control processes to meet IFCO Systems’ standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining documentation, training personnel, and coordinating with management on improvements. Benefits and career growth are provided through a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in high-volume production.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with 25+ employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain shift documentation including summary sheets and quality records.
• Enforce PPE usage and uphold AIB standards.
• Provide training and enforce operational practices.
• Meet or exceed production goals and manage staffing per policy.
• Follow SOPs for shift and machine operation and improve efficiency.
• Manage shift employees and maintain accurate inventory.
