Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees during assigned shifts to meet production schedules with safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery in mind.
• Conduct start-of-shift meetings to communicate safety, quality topics, goals, and updates.
• Assign daily targets and track performance; coordinate with Maintenance for needed activities.
• Maintain orderly storage, ensure pallets are wrapped, and prepare for handovers between shifts.
• Enter and confirm process orders and finished goods locations in SAP; prepare required reports.
