Job summary

IFF, a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, seeks a Production Lead in Carrollton, TX to oversee personnel, materials, equipment, and warehouse operations. You will drive performance with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while supporting daily production execution.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, assigning targets, ensuring equipment readiness, and coordinating with Maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear respirator when required.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, materials, equipment, and warehouse operations.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Lead shift start meetings and assign daily targets to operators.
• Support SAP data entry for process orders and inventory.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment readiness and repairs.
• Document and report performance, pack/shift reports, and QA adherence.
