Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environments.
• Prior lead, supervisor, or coordinator experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime may be required, including weekends during peak production periods.
• Background check required.
• Experience with cosmetics manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production team members during the shift.
• Assigning work and ensuring staffing coverage.
• Monitoring productivity and helping the team meet daily targets.
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Training new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Assisting with inventory accuracy and audit support.
• Tracking performance metrics and communicating updates to leadership.
