Voyant Beauty seeks an experienced Manufacturing Line Lead to oversee production line operations, drive efficiency, and maintain quality standards.

You will coordinate teams, optimize workflows, and train staff while ensuring accurate Epicor transactions and strict adherence to safety and cGMP guidelines. This role anchors production performance and material readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing operations or related field.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
• 1–3 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1–3 years experience with quality control processes.
• Experience coordinating teams and driving production metrics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety and cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Implements quality control checks to ensure product standards.
• Coordinates team efforts for efficient production.
• Optimizes workflow to enhance productivity.
• Trains new employees on production procedures.
• Monitors production metrics and generates reports.
• Logs accurate transactions in Epicor inventory system.
• Facilitates communication between production and management.
• Keeps inventory of necessary materials to minimize downtime.
• Completes Safety for Life Inspection Form.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP standards.
