Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the 2nd shift, ensuring efficient operation of production lines for personal care products.

This role supervises Line Leads, coordinators, and operators, driving on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in a production management environment, with strong lean manufacturing knowledge and proven leadership

Qualificações

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong KPI tracking, analysis and action planning.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage production schedules and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day production and assembly operations to meet industry standards.
• Supervise Line Leads, Coordinators, Production Associates, temporary workers, and Mechanics.
• Monitor and adjust fill/scheduling to align with production goals and customer demand.
• Maintain budget adherence and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across production lines.
• Collaborate with planning and scheduling to optimize production runs and resources.
