Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage production floor to optimize manpower, material use and quality data.
• Provide on-the-floor training and develop team performance.
• Maintain fair, safe, and respectful work environment for all staff.
• Standardize daily production to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate shift notes and action items to next shift and supervisors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, process, and tooling as needed.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and waste reduction.
