Job summary

Alltrista Plastics LLC, a Jadex Inc subsidiary, seeks a Specialist in Materials to support on the floor with setup, inventory, and warehouse operations in Reedsville, PA. You will manage resin colorants, mix resin batches, and ensure smooth flow with the production schedule.

The role requires 12-hour shifts, willingness to work in a high-volume environment, and a proactive approach to safety and housekeeping. Experience with forklift operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of material handling or production experience in a high-volume environment.
• Forklift experience and the ability to operate safely.
• Ability to work independently and align with shift goals.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assists with line clearances and machine setup for job changes.
• Manages resin inventory and colorants to prevent shortages.
• Mixes resin with color concentrates and additives per recipe.
• Loads materials according to production schedule and verifies visually.
• Transports, palletizes, and wraps finished product as needed.
• Assists shipping with loading/unloading trucks when applicable.
• Keeps warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
• Reports problems to Supervisor and complies with safety rules.
