The role requires strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to oversee multiple tasks, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and compliance with company and health regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman certification or willingness to complete apprenticeship.
• Experience leading production teams preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot plastic processing equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and direct operators on shift.
• Oversee start-up and shut-down of extrusion and related equipment.
