Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and reliable attendance on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily departmental operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Guide team members, manage workflow and assist with scheduling and materials coordination.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improves performance and safety.
• Mentor and assist in training new employees.
• Inspect products to ensure quality before final release.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 6S standards.
• Communicate with management and HR and coordinate with other departments.
