Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation, a leader in access equipment, seeks a Group Leader to support the Supervisor and oversee daily production operations. You will guide team members, manage workflow, schedule coordination, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on the factory floor.

Responsibilities include coaching, process improvements, training new staff, and enforcing 6S and safety policies while coordinating with multiple departments to maintain efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• 6+ months manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and demonstrate key departmental tasks with proficiency.
• Apply knowledge of standards, equipment, tools, and workflow to identify improvements.
• Provide daily feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
• Mentor and train new employees.
• Monitor and adjust workflow to meet production schedules.
