Arconic is seeking a Production Crew Leader to join its RPNA business in Alcoa, TN. The role leads a team on a shift, drives safety, quality, and productivity, and directly impacts output and training opportunities.

The successful candidate will organize staff, improve processes, and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment with hands-on problem solving and leadership across maintenance, quality, and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in operations.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, safety regulations and quality control.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and MS Office.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production crew activities on the floor.
• Lead daily shift meetings to review goals and address issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and production standards are met by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and adjusting workflows as needed.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance and quality assurance to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and employee development.
