Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in operations.
• Must be a current contractor working for Arconic in a similar role.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and mechanical craft and production employees in the department.
• Provide technical maintenance support for assigned areas.
• Execute planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
• Coordinate repairs with customers to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow up on equipment issues and develop technical solutions.
• Provide on-call responses for critical maintenance situations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods.
• Adhere to Arconic EH&S, quality, and other policies.
• Take on additional activities as needed.
