Job summary

Arconic is seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader in Alcoa, TN to oversee electrical and mechanical craft teams in the Finishing Department. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement reliable solutions to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting, supervisory background, and ability to train others in electrical/mechanical systems, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance background with hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
• Experience supervising craft electrical and mechanical workers is preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor team members in maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise craft electrical and mechanical employees in the Finishing Department.
• Provide technical troubleshooting to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft employees.
• May lead a small team of production employees as needed.
