Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2 years hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings.
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in operations.
U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Supervising electrical craft, mechanical craft and production employees within the department.
Providing technical maintenance support for assigned areas.
Executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
Coordinate repairs with customers to minimize equipment downtime.
Follow up on equipment issues and develop technical solutions.
Provide on-call responses to remedy critical maintenance situations.
Engage in continuous improvement of manufacturing methods with craft employees.
Adhere to EH&S, quality, and company policies.
Take on additional activities as required.
