Job summary

Arconic is seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader in Alcoa, TN to oversee electrical and mechanical craft teams in the Finishing Department. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement reliable solutions to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting, supervisory background, and ability to train others in electrical/mechanical systems, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance background with hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
• Experience supervising craft electrical and mechanical workers is preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor team members in maintenance best practices.

The incumbent is expected to lead and supervise craft electrical and mechanical employees as well as provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions. He or she will also provide technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft employees. The selected candidate may also lead a small team of production employees.

The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance background with verifiable, hands‑on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment. Candidates with supervisory experience, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are strongly desired. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with the motivation to learn all mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, and manufacturing aspects of plant operations.
