Mastronardi Produce Limited is seeking a production line lead to drive the shift goals on Sundays to Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays. You will coordinate line changes, ensure accurate NAV data entry, and verify labels and orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires clear communication with supervisors and the ability to work in a refrigerated environment. Experience with data entry and basic computer use is preferred.

Formación

• Proficiency in English; communicate effectively and professionally with managers, employees and external contacts.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate issues to supervisor and area manager.
• Input and output product in NAV.
• Order and pick up labels from label room, take to supervisor for sign off.
• Clear old labels off line.
• Print pallet tags, take to supervisor for sign off.
• Verify incoming PO, country of origin, date, size/count.
• Complete required forms (grade out forms, etc.).
• Work with line leads to coordinate changeovers.
• Communicate with hi-lo driver.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer and data entry experience preferred.
