Mastronardi Produce is seeking a Production Lead to oversee a shift in our Michigan operation. The role focuses on achieving line goals, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring accurate NAV inputs and label/tallet processes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and the ability to lift 10 lbs. Experience with NAV and data entry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete required forms (grade out forms, etc.).

• Work with hi-lo driver.
• Capable of lifting at least 10 lbs.

Sunday - Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 5:00AM - 5:00PM

Primary Function:

The essential function of this position is to lead a production line to attain the goals set forth for the shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate issues to supervisor and area manager.
• Input and output product in NAV.
• Order and pick up labels from label room, take to supervisor for sign off.
• Clear old labels off line.
• Print pallet tags, take to supervisor for sign off.
• Verify incoming PO, country of origin, date, size/count.
• Complete required forms (grade out forms, etc.).
• Work with line leads to coordinate changeovers.
• Communicate with hi-lo driver.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer and data entry experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Environment includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The background noise approaches 70 dcbs.
• Capable of lifting at least 10 lbs.
