Job summary

Mastronardi Produce in Pennsylvania is hiring to lead a production line and achieve the shift goals with a focus on safety and quality. You will coordinate with line leads, verify inputs in NAV, and ensure correct labeling and sign-offs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and solid organizational and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lift 10 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer and data entry experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line to meet shift goals.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and area manager.
• Input and output product in NAV.
• Order and pick up labels from label room, take to supervisor for sign off.
• Clear old labels off line.
• Print pallet tags, take to supervisor for sign off.
• Verify incoming PO, country of origin, date, size/count.
• Complete required forms (grade out forms, etc.).
• Work with line leads to coordinate changeovers.
• Communicate with hi-lo driver.
