Job summary

Constellium Muscle Shoals, an aluminum manufacturing plant in Alabama, is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily activities and a workforce ensuring safe operations and adherence to 5S standards. You will coach staff, schedule work, monitor quality, and coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to meet production targets.

The role requires leadership experience in a high‑production environment, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime and shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a high-production environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and shift work as required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Proven initiative and teamwork to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provides direction of the daily activities to the workforce
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to 5S and safety procedures
• Coach and counsel employees on operating practices and performance
• Coordinate and evaluate training of new employees
• Monitor product quality to meet or exceed customer specifications
• Work with other departments to ensure production schedule is met
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance to maintain operations
• Schedule work to meet production needs
• Implement Labor Agreements and corporate policies
