Job summary

Constellium Muscle Shoals is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Sheet Finishing to lead the maintenance team, enforce safety and 5S, and drive reliability to meet production goals. You will coach staff, coordinate training, and partner with other departments to keep the line running smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to schedule work, manage overtime, and ensure quality standards are met in a high-volume aluminum plant.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; B.S. in Business/Management or Engineering.
• 2–4 years leadership experience in a high-production supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and shift work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the workforce.
• Maintain a safe, 5S-compliant workplace and safety procedures.
• Coach employees on SOPs and best practices for performance.
• Coordinate training of new employees in their job requirements.
• Monitor product quality to meet or exceed customer specs.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedule.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance to maintain operations.
• Schedule work to meet production needs.
• Implement labor agreements and housekeeping standards.
