Job summary

Constellium Muscle Shoals is seeking a hands-on supervisor to coordinate daily operations and motivate a team toward achieving reliability and quality goals. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication to coach staff, train new hires, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

You will work with maintenance and other departments to meet production schedules, manage overtime and shift work, and ensure adherence to corporate policies. A B.S.
