• Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations/maintenance activities and personnel to achieve high productivity and quality work.
• Develop project plans and coordinate project activities in plant operations and maintenance.
• Train direct reports in operations and maintenance methods and safe practices.
• Identify and implement improved work practices and processes; evaluate crew performance.
• Monitor plant equipment and systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
