Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and areas in the unit safely and efficiently.
• Perform rounds and field quality testing to check equipment, product quality, and process conditions.
• Use basic troubleshooting to resolve deviations and assist in root-cause investigations.
• Train new unit operators and share operating knowledge for their development.
• Follow standard work processes and safety procedures, including PPE usage.
• Monitor unit metrics and support continuous improvement to meet plant and business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of asset utilization and losses; participate in autonomous maintenance tasks.
