Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Resin Operator to safely operate, monitor, and optimize resin production lines. You will read and follow procedures, manage packaging of finished materials, and maintain records in a team environment.

A valid forklift/license is expected, with willingness to cover overtime as needed. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards while collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency on the plant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to process, blend, extrude, and package resin products.
• Maintain accurate production records and perform equipment cleaning and inspections.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site 5S program.
